Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information with various stakeholders
Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget & actual
Provide support to project managers and stakeholders when requested
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports and ensure project artefacts are updated in project repository
Assist project manager to monitor and track project deliverables and timeline
Inform project stakeholders of project status when necessary
Manage and coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverables are provided within scope and timeline
Provide secretarial support in project governance meetings and other value stream meetings as required
Assist to coordinate key meetings with various stakeholders to ensure meeting objectives are met and follow ups are executed by identified actions parties
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 to 8 years working experience in consulting/banking environment – preferably with hands-on PMO or project management knowledge with exposure to agile project management activities
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Meticulous, analytical and result oriented, with ability to work under pressure.
Good analytical skills, able to analyze data, identify trends and reporting results
Familiarity project portfolio management tools like Clarity, JIRA etc. will be an advantage
Skilled at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
Energetic, highly organized, assertive with good negotiation and problem-solving skills to deal with situations of differing opinions, and to intervene and escalate when necessary
