We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company in The Finance Sector.
Leading design of solutions to achieve GCB’s data & analytics strategy in line with GCB’s data architecture and roadmap and Informing GCB’s data architecture and roadmap working in conjunction with the Chief Data Architect
Continuously engaging with a wide range of relevant senior Technical and non-technical business colleagues to understand and capture future business expectations whilst influencing where needed the right way towards following our expert recommendations for a consistently architected data-driven GCB
Continuously communicating and updating senior execs and colleagues in a simple, yet business-relevant manner on the delivery progress whilst flagging and leading the resolution of big blockers that require senior executive engagement
Leading as the key subject matter thought leader the definition, strategy, roadmap and execution of a feasible and viable GCB-wide unique customer ID framework whilst leading its deployment. This should then be surfaced as a service to relevant colleagues as well as integrated into various customer channels and interfaces for more intelligent and better servicing
Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap/vision for information delivery and management; including the Sales & Marketing, Data Warehouse, BI & Analytics, Content Management, and Data Management
Partner with data architect and deliver the solutions that fulfill the Business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy – balancing short term and long term business needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly
Engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the pieces of data ecosystem leveraging all available assets/data
Embed/commercialize ‘Real-Time data’ across the bank – for contextual in the moment marketing campaigns, improving the experience through proactive service and transform processes from batch to real-time
Has a strong external market knowledge; Understands subject matter market landscape (marketing tools, DMP, digital data to name a few.) and can incorporate this knowledge into Citi’s next-generation data management strategy/vision
Expert understanding (15+ years in a related field) of data analytics, Business Intelligence, and marketing campaign lifecycle
Expert in Consumer banking products and the critical business KPI’s required to manage the lines of business (credit cards, Loans, Investment products, etc.) and functions (Digital, Sales and Distribution, operations, etc.)
Analytical knowledge to understand real-time data, metadata required to run effective targeting and it’s commercialization for analytical campaigns
A self-starter who takes the initiative, is persistent and wants to achieve results in a fast-paced complex business environment.
Curious, innovative and data-driven in approach.
Communicates clearly and can articulate complex analysis in clear business speak.
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, able to influence myriad of stakeholders and navigate complex cross-functional teams
Experience in change management methodologies and tactics
Experience with enterprise-level budget planning and management processes
