Qualifications
Requirements:
§ Ability to work shifts, night shift preferred
§ Diploma or degree, preferably in Banking or Finance
§ Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, operational knowledge in Securities and stock market would be advantageous
§ Customer centric and service excellence mindset with good oral and written communication skills
§ Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
§ Strong ability to use Microsoft Office for presentations and analytics is a plus point
§ Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
§ Meticulous and able to think critically to solve problems
§ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
§ Good team player with commitment and initiative
