About the Job
In this position as a Customer Service Officer, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and work alongside with a team of 15+ others. Your day to day duties will include handling of inbound enquiries relating to Insurance products and other general enquiries relating to Insurance policies. You will be expected to help resolving escalated issues or compliant and ensure customers satisfaction.
The ideal incumbent is expected to be involved in process improvement implementation projects and work closely with the Claims Services team to ensure all claims are processed and attended to.

** 5 days work week
** 1 year renewable contract
** Salary up to $3400 monthly basic + Completion bonus
** No sales target or KPIs
