Customer Data Specialist – Environmental Science APAC works closely with the regional and country marketing and market development teams to ensure the right customer and performance data is captured. Reports on and uses this data to identify areas for continuous testing and improvement and work with project teams to develop data-based products and services.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the establishment, growth & maintenance of comprehensive customer databases. Work closely with the Regional Digital Manager to implement a planned and measured approach to digital marketing. Train & support teams in the effective use and management of data. Facilitate the development of data and data analytics as a service, and work with external partners to identify and develop growth opportunities. Strengthen marketing reporting & develop performance dashboards, integrating sales, operations and marketing performance data. Develop & implement CRM in alignment with ES IT governance. Ensure compliance with all relevant digital governance and compliance policies. Assist countries with the functional design of their digital tools.
WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and or Data Science. 3-5 years prior marketing experience (with data mgt experience). Solid understanding of the marketing mix. Demonstrated creative & conceptual thinking capabilities. Ability to lead stakeholders to solutions. Strong strategic, analytical & negotiation skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships. Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.
