Credit Trader Permanent

Job Description:

• Work in Market Making team in Asia credit products covering both Investment Grade and High Yield bonds, strong knowledge of various fixed income financial instruments;
• Advise sales team in market color, trends and trading strategies;
• Good working relationships with brokers and other liquidity providers;
• Work closely with internal supporting units to optimize team’s operational flow;
• Contribute to structured products development ;
• Ensure regulatory compliance of team

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ of proven credit trading experience with experience in managing a team of traders;
• Solid understanding of Asian IG and HY credit and liquidity of bonds, with a focus on Chinese credits;
• Proactive attitude and able to motivate and help team members to achieve a common goal;
• Excellent communicator who is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
