Treasury Planning and Analysis (P&A) is responsible for measuring, monitoring and managing Nomura Group’s liquidity risk. It is responsible for designing and implementing Global Liquidity Risk Management framework across business lines and regions.
1) Liquidity Risk Measurement, Monitoring, Mitigation
2) Ownership of liquidity risk management policy and implementation
3) Implementation of FTP policy while working with Middle Office
4) Sign-off of regulatory ratios (LCR/NSFR) for the regions / entities
5) Reporting of internal and regulatory liquidity metrics
In his/her role, the successful candidate will be a key member of AeJ P&A team, managing liquidity risk for Nomura entities in the region. The role will involve:
