Corporate Finance Analyst / Associate Permanent

Our Client is a fast growing MAS licensed Corporate Advisory firm backed by a large institutional financial institution group and managed by a team of highly experienced investment bankers.

They are looking to expand their team and are seeking to hire a junior member at the Analyst / Associate level. The key responsibilities include:-

1. assist the seniors in the origination and execution of capital market, M&A and other corporate advisory mandates
2. perform financial modeling and research
3. ensure compliance against department’s operating procedures

The key requirements are as follows:-

1. a good degree in accounting, finance or law
2. at least 1 – 3 years of experience in corporate finance / audit / financial due diligence
3. highly analytical and strong spreadsheet skills
4. hardworking and highly driven
