Consultant/Senior Consultant, Private Banking (Credit) Permanent

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Conduct research, data collection and analysis in credit transformation projects to understand the needs of the client.
• Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentations
• Organize and conduct reviews on processes, policies, guidelines and other documentations related to the credit business to identify potential gaps against best-in class practices
• Document the project into systems and processes for management review
• Close interaction with clients through interviews, workshops, project updates and in-person networking to understand their requirements deeper and deliver well-developed final solutions

• Degree holder
• 3-6 years of experience in banking or consulting industry with exposure to the credit business
• Experience in credit origination, collateral management & credit risk in a financial institution: understanding of credit processes and products in the private banking industry advantageous
• Excellent spoken and written English, fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
• Capable of applying technology principles to business
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
