This position is located in our Singapore office and has responsibility to manage the FNZ Singapore Risk and Compliance function. The incumbent must manage the day-to-day Risk and Compliance activities of the Singapore business with the objective of ensuring that Risk and Compliance arrangements are run in an efficient, effective and consistent manner.
A key part of the role will be supporting the business in its immediate and ongoing regulatory requirements and obligations, specifically regulated custody operations.
The Compliance Officer will be part of the Asia-Pacific Risk and Compliance team, (which is part of the wider Group Risk and Compliance Function) and will report locally and globally to ensure both regional and global accountabilities are met. The role has intensive stakeholder engagement both within the business and externally.
Specific Role Responsibilities
This position will provide management of Risk and Compliance related matters to ensure that practices, systems and documentation comply with the law, contractual obligations and applicable codes of practice.
