Compliance Analyst, Private Equity / Venture Capital Permanent

Our Client is a venture capital firm which invests globally and is expanding rapidly locally.

Description

• Be the point-of-contact to MAS regulators and external parties
• Provide compliance advisory and guidance to senior management, business units and support teams
• Perform FATCA and CRS reporting
• Draft and review of legal documents in collaboration with external legal counsels
• Review and update the various frameworks, policies and processes such as Operations, BCP, Compliance, Outsourcing, Training, AML, Risk Management
• Other ad-hoc compliance related duties

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of Compliance or AML/FATCA related experience
• Experience in fund management, private equity or venture capital industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding to regulatory compliance is an advantage
• Meticulous, diligent, motivated
