Change Management & Communication Manager is expected to lead the change management and communication aspects of Business Transformation Office (BTO). Candidate will plan and execute communications and change management plans and engage senior stakeholders to manage comms, assess change readiness and plans and work with business stakeholders to manage the transitions. He/she will also work closely with HR, Corporate Communication Team and other functions to ensure effective change management and project communication.
