Monitor and analyse performance against outlook plan and over past performance to make and implement recommendations for optimisation to maintain high-growth and competitive edge.
Ongoing communication with sales and marketing leaders regarding new and nurtured pipeline performance with planned course corrections.
Continually assess telephone-orientated, Digital and Social Selling lead generation campaigns and marketing program effectiveness to determine successful growth investment areas and message optimisation.
Effective prioritisation, monitoring and follow-up of inbound inquiry traffic from various mediums to increase pipeline coverage.
Jointly influence regional marketing campaigns and inquiry volumes you will need and localised marketing assets to optimise your teams performance.

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and international cultures, both local and remote.
Proven track record of leading and motivating a highly effective internal sales team through hiring and retaining “A” players to consistently achieve pipeline contribution performance targets in a non-scripted approach.
A proven self-starter with a strong sense of what needs to be done and effective time management to meet tight deadlines in a high-growth, rapidly changing marketplace.
Natural ability to foster a positive, collaborative working environment that enables the team to effectively balance the need for strategic planning with efficient execution.
Strong focus on continuous improvement, using creatively and resourcefulness to optimise resources.
Analytical mindset, confident in drawing performance data from multiple tactics and sources, interpreting and forecasting trends and surfacing insights and actionable intelligence.
First class communication skills, written and verbal with the confidence of public speaking with strong English language capability.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers.
Experience of value-based software / SaaS / Cloud arena. Experience of HR solutions advantageous.
Self-driven, motivated and results orientated.
Strong preference for this role to be based in either Singapore or Australia.
