1. Maintain the recovery forecast models and capacity plan models for analysis and planning 2. Support the Collections team through the timely and accurate delivery of reports and management information 3. Provide analytics support in terms of segmentation and perform end-to-end management of Collections Strategies from conceptualization to implementation including Champion-Challenger tests 4. Enhance productivity and efficiency levels through a culture of continuous improvement and increase usage of automation to development a robust MIS infrastructure 5. Participate in User Acceptance Tests for Collections related projects
Qualifications 1. Possess a degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, or Applied Science. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAS and Python programming 3. Good analytical and communication skills 4. Able to work independently and in a team 5. Results orientated and self-motivated 6. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
