Job Description

• Work closely with public cloud and managed service providers to deliver the projects requested from internal business units.
• Clarify cloud requirements with internal business units, provide solution architecture and cost estimation, implement the solution after budget approval.
• Manage and monitor cloud accounts from technical perspective, performance monitoring and operations on cloud infrastructure across the region.
• Process internal trouble tickets, provide 2nd level escalation support to troubleshoot and solve challenging operational issues in a complex environment.
• Build and maintain the inventory of cloud resources through cloud API.
• Liaise with providers and internal business units for problem resolution and best practises.
