We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Oversee the Clinics Operations Managers team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support smooth and efficient daily clinic operations.Keep tab on clinic operation productivity key indicators and timely report to management team.
Work with various stakeholders to improvise operational workflow and regular review of systems and processes
Plan and develop training programme, competency framework and career progression plan for the Clinic Operations team and do constant review of job scope, training and development needs of clinic operations staff and find opportunities to re-design and enlarge existing job scopes to improve productivity.
Participate in various committees and workgroups for strategic reasons and continuous improvements.
Min Bachelor degree in any discipline
At least 10 – 12 years of relevant working experience in operations management, coering wide range of areas such as performance monitoring, process improvement, staff management, facility management, policy formulation and implementation.
Strategic system thinking yet possess ability to attend to details
Good people management skills, strong ability to engage and work with all levels of staff
Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills
