Our client, a leading financial services company is looking to hire a client reporting specialist who will develop and maintain the workflows and templates for scheduled/ad-hoc client reports and presentation materials of funds managed by the firm.
Engage effectively with vendors and data providers.
Create and maintain reporting templates for new and existing requirements
Troubleshoot or work with vendor or IT support to resolve automation issues
Maintain proper documentation for the reporting systems or process flows
Collaborate and gather requirements from stakeholders for change requests or projects
Perform data analysis to standardize data and to ensure data consistency and quality
Manage project timelines, support functional/integration testing and deployment
Review current set-up and recommend changes to streamline processes or improve accuracy/reduce errors.
Highly proficient with Microsoft applications
Understanding of financial services industry and ESG reporting is preferred
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
SimCorp Coric and SQL server databases
object oriented programming
Highly motivated, independent and strong interest in solving complex problems
Strong team player
Proven ability to manage projects and deadlines
