Job Description
You will be a vital member of RDC application support team responsible for onboarding new customers and providing application support. Job responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the initial point of contact to customers with software application inquires. Answer end user inquiries regarding software product, data and other technical questions by email and telephone.
• Take ownership of interaction with the clients, ensure that client’s satisfaction maintained at a high level. Provide technical assistance and software support to users. Confer with users or conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
• Develop the domain and product knowledge in KYC Products to provide in-depth education and assistance on product features, functionality and the product technical architecture. Conduct end-user webinar-based training of RDC applications when needed.
• May develop training materials, demos, procedural and diagnostic documentation
• Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features and functionality to the internal teams including data, operations, product and technology teams to identify RDC product and performance enhancement opportunities.
• Work with the global Client Service & Support teams on high severity issues raised by global clients.

Qualifications

• Degree level in a Computer science, engineering, risk management, applied finance or other related areas, with good knowledge of software including applications and basic programming or reporting packages.
• Superb analytical skills and persistence in analytical and technical problem solving. Experience in customer service in the application support role is advantageous.
• Interested in developing a career in Anti-Money Laundry/Know Your Customer (KYC) domain; prior experience in analytical roles for AML/KYC compliance is advantageous
• Must possess good communication skills in English to liaise with our clients. Excellent reading comprehension in news articles is essential.
• Ability to speak & write other languages at business level is advantageous
