Chief Technology Officer Permanent

Our client, an exciting software technology company specialized in data and automation solutions, is looking for a driven and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join their team in Singapore.

With your technical expertise – as Chief Technology Officer, you will own and deliver all technical aspects of the company’s strategy; drive and lead the development & maintenance of a new and user-focused data platform and solution – connecting thousands of users within the retail industry with billions of data transactions worldwide.

As Chief Technology Officer, you will be part of the global leadership team. You will also be managing top data, cloud, software engineering and data science talents in delivering scalable products efficiently; and leading them through new technologies to increase the company’s competitive advantage.

Ideal candidate:

• At least 15 years of IT/engineering experience with focus in software development and data products
• Has relevant work experience as a Chief Technology Officer or similar technical leadership role
• Possess an extensive knowledge or good background on big data/data science/machine learning related technologies
• Has strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinker who is passionate to solve complex problems with technology within a fast growing start up environment
