We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
People & Culture strategy: You will be in charge of developing our people strategy and thinking holistically about the capabilities and culture we will need to develop to continue building a great company while having fun doing it. You will be the key decision-maker in shaping our future organisational design, to maintain the company’s agility as we scale.
People & Culture execution : You will lead and mentor a team of mission-first, high-performing P&C team members across our five offices to execute our people and culture strategy. Execution will touch all parts of what is traditionally called “Human Resources (HR)”, from recruitment to compensation, from performance management to culture building to learning and development.
Overall Company’s strategy and execution : You will be one of 8 C-Suite members. This small leadership team is collectively responsible for steering the Company’s strategy and making things happen across all countries. You will always have full context by participating in our quarterly board meetings. You will be a key actor in ensuring that the most important challenges and the considerable opportunities are discussed at the appropriate level.
10-15 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (e.g., CHRO or VP of HR) with international exposure.
Experience in a generalist analytical and strategy-focused role (e.g., consulting) is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across functional and geographical teams.
Strong, strategic planning demonstrated in a professional context, as well as in-depth knowledge of HR functions.
Good understanding of financial regulations and labour legislations across our relevant countries and regions.
Demonstrable interest in investing or wealth management.
