Capital Market IT – Team Head Permanent

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• The role will focus primarily on the build and delivery of hybrid in-house/third party component platform in line with the major global projects with a high value budget. You will lead and keep engage 10 to 15 team members composed by business analyst, technical lead and software developers.
• In line with this, you would be expected to be fully accountable and responsible of your team deliveries on schedule, in conformance to the bank’s policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.
• You will be ensuring success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes in line with the program outcomes.

• A strong maturity in project management is required as you will be part of the project committee, reporting to the program director the progress highlights with key performance indicator, evaluating risk assessment and proposing mitigation, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle
