About the Job
In this position as a Call Centre Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Call Centre and managing up to 3 Team Leaders and overseeing the Contact Centre operation in Singapore.
You will be responsible for the productivity efficiencies and meeting call centre targets/KPIs set, ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements and effective implementation of telemarketing strategies. You will be expected to develop, lead and drive the Team Leaders & Telemarketers who are committed to drive optimum productivity without compromising quality and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operation.
The ideal incumbent will also managing the day-to-day operations of the sales channel including financial budgets, communications, sales/performance management & staff coaching & retention.
skills and experience required
At least 3+ years of experience managing Telesales / telemarketing team in a Team Lead, Team Manager or Supervisory position
CGI, BCP, PGI and Health Insurance (HI) certified – good to have
Exposure in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services sector preferred
Demonstrate adaptability and effective time management to work under pressure
Ability to make sound decisions to identify the gaps when doing quality check
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
