Initiate, plan, execute, coordinate and control Market Intelligence activities in the region with respect to: ◦market segments ◦customers and business portfolio ◦competitors 2.Conduct data analysis: Gather, compile, structure, analyze and present information (both quantitative and qualitative) on specific geographical areas, market segments and industry developments, competitor status and developments, different customer types and categories, projects and project portfolios 3. Support strategy, year-plan, account management and account target plans 4. Contribute to global market intelligence initiatives by ensuring the regional activities are aligned with global policies and program. Career DevelopmentSuccessful candidate will be offered this challenging and interesting role as a first step towards a (senior) line management role within Mammoet. You will be performing this role for the first 2 years during which you will be increasingly exposed to sales and operations. After 2 years you will be deployed on site projects in the region for 1 year. After 3 years with Mammoet, you will be assigned to a particular business process; sales, operations or finance, depending on own preference, talents and company’s requirement. The main focus will be getting you ready to perform at a mid-level management position within 4 to 5 years years after the initial 3 year assignment. Jobs specific training will be offered overtime to develop your knowledge and skills.
