We Offer The APAC Division within Credit Suisse (“CS”) is seeking an analytical, creative and strategic-thinker to join the APAC COO Office and the APAC Program Management function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on driving initiatives critical to APAC’s short and long term growth, and play a significant role in supporting the execution of the Group’s strategy. As well as working directly with the APAC COO, the individual also supports the program manager with front-to-back change initiatives covering Business and Digital Transformation, and Regulatory Change. The role is highly visible with opportunities to work with senior management across APAC, and lead cross-department projects that provide you with exposure to many areas of the APAC division. It is well-suited to an individual that enjoys solving complex problems, works optimally within cross- functional teams and thrives in a dynamic setting. Key responsibilities for the role include:
Actively involved in supporting the development and execution of the APAC strategy.
Develop deliverables for senior business partners including the APAC COO, APAC CEO and Group management.
Act as a key program management resource to support program manager by driving workstreams, helping to define requirements, assisting in the creation of project artifacts and undertaking analysis.
Liaise with the various business units and Corporate Functions to establish workstream priorities and agree solutions.
Maintain project plan, report project progress, and ensure actions, issues and risks are identified and effectively handled.
Act as a central business management resource across items, including: Weekly Updates, Management Meetings, Productivity & Growth Reporting, Executive Board Quarterly Business Reviews, APAC OpCo, Earnings Releases, etc.
