As a Business intelligence in Lazada wallet domain, you will commit good experience for our tens of millions valued wallet users, platform buyers and keep looking for innovation for wallet and payment and user growth. You will set up and lead projects including cross-functional teams that will be from tech team, product team, finance team. You will work together with your business stakeholders who are located in SEA including 6 markets to provide localized business team and business solution.
1. Comfortable with using SQL regularly (60% of the time) and querying large data volumes efficiently. 2. Closely liaise with the business team to translate business data requirements into tracking metrics or analysis designs, and with data engineers / developers to design tables to provide the relevant data required, and pulling data for usage. 3. Responsible for building and maintenance of dashboards for daily monitoring, campaign tracking, and new product launches; socializing usage of dashboards to business users and interpretation of results. 4. Run ad-hoc analysis based on business request, which includes setting the business KPIs, forecasting KPI and business performance, analysis on customer performance, customer segmentation, campaign attribution. Prepare periodic reports for post-campaign performance, weekly/quarterly/annual business performance. 5. Assist in any other ad-hoc activities to support the business and tech operations to improve processes, tracking capability, or diagnose product performance issues during new product launches based on performance tracking data.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. An MBA would be highly desirable
• Minimum 3 -5 years working experience in relevant industry with proven business intelligence responsibility required • Sophisticated knowledge about business development efficiency, • Strong analytical abilities and business sense; • Thrives in high speed execution environments, able to make scope tradeoffs without impacting desired quality • Strong communication skills, in both persuasion and presentation; English speaking fluency • An understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets, competition and customer/user requirements in depth would be preferred • Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
