We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Good understanding of market movement of Doctors
Drive regular and proactive engagement with the Doctors and build strong positive business relationship between the organisation and the Doctors
Conceptualise, plan and execute appropriate service lines according to organization strategic needs
Effectively operationalize service assigned from initiation across hospital functional departments
Work with Doctors to create relevant content to marketing team for the purpose of marketing Doctors
Provide the sales and operational support for hospital operations and Ancilliary BU team to facilitate ease of engagement and sales transactions between Doctors and the organisation
Be the feedback channel for the organisation’s programme, product and services, etc
Analytics and Performance Tracking: Leverage data and analytics to drive insights, track progress of growth and gaps in service lines. Develop and measure key metrics around the business including patient acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates and brand equity.
Ensure clinical quality is achieved using JCI as a guide across cross-functional departments during project implementation
Manages the day-to-day interaction with assigned Doctors
Preferably a Diploma or Degree in Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, positive minded individual
Provide necessary leadership and guidance on improving the engagement and operational process within the organisation and with the Doctors and their Clinics
