Work on multiple aspects of business development including sales, brand management and business expansion
Actively engage and reach out to high potential buyers and sellers to be part of the Gigworks platform and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Co-create business development plan and roadmap and ensure that it is aligned with Gigworks’ overall strategic direction.
Support various business development initiatives to ensure it meets company’s objectives.
Develop customer centric (buyers/sellers) initiatives by representing the voice of the client in all initiatives with the aim of providing a positive experience and build long term relationships with our buyers and sellers.
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to management on progress, roadblocks and solutions to increase customer adoption (buyers/sellers).
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Strong in relationship building and have the maturity to handle and relate to a wide range of people at all levels.
Must be extremely organized and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrate integrity and professionalism, with a customer-centric and data-driven decision-making mindset

Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must.
