As part of the Market Unit International of the Group, one of leading comprehensive life, pensions and financial solutions providers, the company is currently recruiting for its Singapore office.
Responsible for managing relationship with key distribution partners, including IFAs, bank and international brokers ▪ Forge new partnership with FA firms so as to expand distribution network through FA intermediaries ▪ Maintain constant engagement with existing partner assigned to his/her care ▪ Strategise and implement sales incentive programs, including the managing of MIS and various reports when required ▪ Manage and keep track of partners sales activities/programs ▪ Handles day-today partners’ enquiries and case management ▪ Conduct trainings to partners, including designing and preparing training contents and material as and when required
Bachelor degree in finance, economics or management ▪
Possess a good understating of HNW insurance products and market behavior i.e.
Minimum 7 years of insurance sales experience.
Experience in distribution channel management will be an added advantage ▪ Knowledge on basic financial and medical underwriting required ▪ Ability to build and conduct sales and product training materials relevant to different distribution channels ▪ Proactive and meticulous in communication ▪ Possess positive mind-set with good problem-solving attitude ▪ Takes ownership of day-to-day tasks and any tasks assigned from time to time
