We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Reporting to the Business Development lead, you are responsible for managing and growing an existing pool of accounts, while harvesting new ones for the business. Leveraging on a solid global brand name, you will partner with the consultants of the business, so as to offer long-term and consultative solutions for the business.
To be successful, you have at least 8-10 years of experience in business development, offering consultative solutions in your sales. Individuals who were former consultants is optional, but a bonus. You must have either experience or passion in talent/ human development/ HR/ employee solutions. You are undoubtedly natural in your interpersonal skills, engaging the business with the use of research from the business. Individuals across industries are welcomed to apply.
