Responsibilities:
• Excel in front office stake holders management
• While conceptualizing ideas and requirements, capable of picturing the end to end user journey and experience
• Understand business requirements and capable of translating into build considerations to value-add in conversations with IT partners.
• Conduct gap analysis on cross functional requirements and to regroup stake holders on follow up actions
• Active ownership and responsible of the end to end delivery of an idea/initiative.
o Visualizing and mockups the end to end user journey and experience
o Business requirements scoping both (URS and user stories + acceptance criteria)
o Conduct prioritization exercise
o Develop Testing execution plan, testing strategy and traceability matrix
o Active involvement of testing execution
o Product support
• Provide on-going process training to both front offices and internal teams
• Product Owner / Subject Matter Expert of the assigned product domain
• Key Relationship Manager of the appointed Business Unit

Requirements:
• 3-7 years digital and transformation space
• Business analyst role
• Experienced in working with front office
• Experienced in CRM
• Experienced in mobile app developments
• Graduate degree, Banking / Finance, Computer Science and Engineering qualifications are added value
• Other Skills
– Technically sound with Microsoft Office applications especially Word / Powerpoint
– Excel in working with datasets – Microsoft Excel / Access
