BOTTEGA VENETA Senior Marketing and Communications Executive SEAO Permanent

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Coordinate joint promotions, event management and public relations activities
• Assist line manager on managing budget and expenses tracking effectively
• Overall Press Sample management within the region, Head Office and other worldwide offices including logistic arrangement, tracking and reporting
• Manage media queries, press pitching and communications assets locally and regionally in collaboration with PR agencies with objective to continuously improve brand positioning
• Liaise with vendors/ freelancers/ influencers/ celebrities
• Deliver new ideas, activities proposals and strong follow-ups on campaign roll-out with post results analysis
• Quantify marketing, communications and PR efforts and results for internal stakeholders and Head Office
• Liaising with regional media agencies and Head Office on regular basis for media advertising from planning to execution, deadline and materials submissions
• Manage external agencies, mall marketing team on marketing communication strategy implementation in the region on regular basis
• Generate PR clippings, proposals, and other ad-hoc reports locally and regionally
• Assist line manager in managing marketing communications executive on day to day activities
• In charge of other ad-hoc projects and marketing communications related miscellaneous as assigned from time to time

• Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• Strong interest in luxury, fashion and marketing communication field
• At least 4 to 6 years relevant experience in fashion retail, online and offline marketing, media, public relations as well as digital universe.
• A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized with an eye for details and ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design graphic software (i.e.: Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Social media and digitally savvy
• Possess positive disposition with a driven attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate, energetic, team player, pro-active attitude and target-oriented attribute
