Job Description
Assist to manage client experience, expectations and communications following the completion of the sale by the requesters.
Warrant the service requested are provided with quality and in a timely manner.
Ensure documents submitted by the stakeholders are validated following the process requirements.
Respective system maintenance are completed and the correct product/services are added to customer profile following client documentation submitted by requester.
Engage with internal stakeholder (requesters) to highlight any deficiencies found during the document validation process.
Have an eye for details and ability to act as gate keeper to safe guard customer and the bank against Financial Crime by maintaining Global standards.
The role will ensure client expectations are set against defined Service Level Agreements and these SLAs are visible and managed across all functions.
