The role of the Digital Transformation Analyst for Group Wealth Platform is to:

• Lead development and rollout of best in class order management platforms for relationship managers and empower them with seamless straight through product execution capabilities to deliver exceptional customer experience in Wealth Management
• Execute Group Wealth Platform for CFS, by actively building channel and product execution capabilities to create an engaging and consistent front office experience across multiple platforms
• Partner business leads, technology project manager and external vendors (as required) to deliver digital agendas within scope, timeline and budget
• Manage relationships and communicate clearly with key stakeholders on project status, key risks and issues
• Responsible for development of business requirements, business case, including user acceptance testing, change management, training, communications as well as redefining business process and driving the target operating model design
• Engage cross functional stakeholders and ensure wealth capability build supports the front office needs and business objectives of strategic growth, revenue uplift, enhanced customer experience, improved risk management and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• A proven track record in delivering Wealth transformation projects
• Solid project management, change management and facilitation skills
• Strong user centric mindset in designing processes and solutions
• Proven ability to perform under a high pressure and dynamic environment
• Thirst and curiosity for knowledge, continuous learning and improvement
• Energy and passion to lead and influence stakeholders and fellow colleagues
• Experience in managing and balancing the needs of business and IT
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
