My client is one of the fastest growing fintech firms with headquarters in the US and a global presence. They provide technology solutions to their clients to ensure efficiency in all aspects of their business.
The incumbent will join the team as part of an expansion plan and will support the team in providing strategic solutions for clients as well as on onboarding and operational matters.
Responsibilities:
Support the team on market research and pipeline building
Resolve any technology or general issues/questions that clients may have
Support KYC and Legal teams on onboarding and documentation
Prior experience in a client-facing position would be ideal but not compulsory
Good understanding in company’s products and services
Support origination and trading using various sources/platforms
Ad-hoc support and responsibilities when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trade support/transaction banking roles
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Good time management and good communications skills
Curious and willing to learn
Commercial, with a focus on delivering an excellent client experience
