AVP / Senior Associate, Wealth Management Operations – Fee & Billing, Consumer Banking Ops, Technology & Operations Permanent

Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
Oversee the Fee and Billing functions but not limited to below;

• Trailer and sales commission
• Insurance referral fees
• Others fee collection / processing relating to businesses supported by WMO
• Ensure effective oversight – monitoring, follow-up and escalation
• Coordinate with Product Managers on any new fee to be collected
• Coordinate with Business Teams on fee processing
• Ensure process and procedure are developed, updated and duly approved by the management
• Ensure processes are efficient, controlled and independently administered

Requirements

• Preferably degree holder (in any discipline).
• At least 6 – 8yrs of relevant experience in Banking / Finance / Insurance Industry.
• Experience in process improvement is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and have an eye for details.
• Independent, proactive and resourceful personel who is able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Open to work in DBS Asia Hub – Changi Business Park.
