Manage and grow the DBS Treasures Investment Financing business, a Lombard-Lending (aka Portfolio Financing) facility backed by a range of investment asset classes
Support and assist in Product Development to enhance offerings to meet customer needs, operational efficiency and achieve profitable growth through effective use of data and technology.
Actively manage product and improve product features to achieve unit revenue KPIs
Manage and deliver product related project(s) to leverage on digital platforms, develop and implement joyful customer/employee journey and experience and create differentiating product proposition and competitive advantage.
Portfolio management to include end-to-end product lifecycle strategy from acquisition through early customer engagement, retention & gating to optimize portfolio performance with a focus on Treasures client segment.
Data First mindset.
Leverage on data to drive product innovation & strategic development, implement & deliver marketing campaigns, and support meeting all financial performance metrics on the portfolio. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that have potential to expand the business and/or improve business profitability.
Collaborate widely with key stakeholders to drive business objectives and deliver projects on time
Good appreciation of risk management and full compliance of applicable regulations and internal policies.
Preparation and presentation of management reports and initiatives for stakeholder oversight through regular MIS updates and administrative duties.
Analytical and strategic thinking, leverage data to drive business initiatives, execute marketing plan and enhance CJ/EJ.
Portfolio management (using data to rollout programs to protect, grow)
Work on ongoing and new projects (to transform tradition banking into digital)
Ensure detailed documentation for the unit to meet stakeholders’ needs
Manage administrative matters and regular MIS updates
Work closely with Sales and Distribution team(s) to achieve targets, and identify new business opportunities
Adhoc tasks that may arise, and be agile !
Experience in marketing of loans products, preferably investment (eg., Equities/Unit Trust/Bonds, etc) related, and a digital mindset (ability to map traditional banking to digital platform).
Knowledge in system as a user, with ability to engage Tech team would be advantage
Strong Microsoft Excel skill is preferred.
Minimum 2 Years experience in relevant field.
Certification in general insurance is preferred.
