Drive business outcomes by instilling the regional analytical framework in the following areas: - Customer Experience: Provide transparency for best in class journeys across products, digital channels and geographies. - Revenue: Provide clear metrics to increase customers, cross-sell and engagement. - Cost: Enable cost of acquisition optimisation and the right attribution models.
Collaborate with business teams to present insights and learnings to senior management on a regular cadence against defined scorecard KPIs.
Consult cross-functional teams on problem solving – deepen, broaden or uncover complex scenarios with the right analysis. Teams include Product, Marketing, Digital, Business Analytics, Design & UX.
Consult business teams on solutions for customer journey analysis across digital channels, product offerings and geographies.
Enable and empower business teams for day 1 of new/enhanced journeys launched with the right reporting framework.
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in analytics or consulting industry with knowledge in conceptualising business requirements to analytical solutions.
A self-starter who takes the initiative, is persistent and wants to achieve results in a fast-paced complex business environment.
Curious, innovative and data-driven in approach.
Communicates clearly and can articulate complex analysis in clear business speak.
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, able to influence myriad of stakeholders and navigate complex cross-functional teams.
Highly proficient in customer journey analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics and its suite of products.
