Provide operations support & advisory to the Overseas offices’ specifically in the area of operational excellence & best practices.
Support the Overseas offices on all operations related matters in relation to the risk and controls for all processes including strengthening and improving overall risk management of internal controls.
Conduct reviews and testing of the Overseas offices’ processes & procedures to ensure that they are relevant, up-to-date and in compliance to internal policies & procedures.
Manage and liaise with stakeholders on audit issues to ensure prompt closure, and recommend solutions to pre-empt repeated occurrences.
Participate in process improvements and automation projects to enhance processes and productivity and achieve operational excellence.
Work closely with the Overseas offices on operations updates of the procedural manuals.
Liaise between Overseas Offices, Group Operations & Technology and Group Wholesale Banking to ensure all operational related matters are promptly addressed and resolved.
Conduct operations related training to the Overseas offices and share best practices with Overseas offices Operations Manager in the monthly dialogue session.

Qualifications Requirements
Degree holder with minimum of 6-8 years of banking operations experience.
Experience in Credit Administration Operations or Trade Operations will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal & communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders.
Meticulous and detailed oriented with ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Candidates must be open to occasional overseas business travel.
