You will contribute to the success of Great Eastern Digital for Business strategies by driving acquisitions and customer lifetime value through marketing to customers with omni-channel approach driven by data and digital capabilities.
• Develop and execute digital enabled initiatives to drive customer acquisition and sales.
• Leverage on Great Eastern eco-systems to acquire customers and sales.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and develop the right products, platforms and process to optimise the opportunities for leads and customer engagement and sales.
• Design and plan campaigns to engage leads and customers offline to online and vice versa for higher sales conversion.
• Optimise digital touch-points to drive leads and customers engagement and sales.
• Leverage on internal analytics capabilities to optimise customers engagement and sales.
• Responsible for all engagement and sales KPIs and ROI on campaigns to drive customer acquisition and sales.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
