About the role
The candidate of this role will handle chatbot intent annotation, guided conversation/FAQ use case development using internal tools and analysis/proposal on user requirement to enhance the tool productivity. The candidate will also learn industrial trend of chatbot/customer servicing technology and how such can be adopted in DBS to provide seamless digital experiences to our customers.
