Manage end to end programs to drive acquisition of new to Treasures wealth customers
Review and enhance existing processes in relation to leads generation and onboarding to better customer journeys.
Manage key partnerships and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable and quality customer acquisition.
Adherence to regulatory, legal and compliance requirements as well as internal security audit requirements
Degree with over 5 years of experience in banking, wealth management or customer acquisition related functions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong partnership and collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders.
Adaptable and a self-starter, able manage data to gain business insights; having exposure in the digital space would be a plus.
Strong commitment to risk management and ability to understand customer journeys and processes.
