We are looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company
You will play a key role in maintaining existing and implementing new improvement programmes for clinical quality and patient safety in the organization.
You will function as a quality resource for the organisation, establish/develop policies and procedures, develop new processes and programmes as required and provide relevant training to support the Hospital’s strategic quality plans.
You will be managing the organisation’s liaison with external and accreditation/regulatory bodies on clinical quality and patient safety while managing our internal quality management systems.
You will play a key role in nurturing and grooming a team of staff in doing quality improvement work and education, working closely with clinician leaders and frontline staff to serve the organisation’s Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Mission.
Degree, preferably in Medicine/Health Sciences/ Pharmacy from an accredited university
At least 5 years of Clinical experience and/or involvement in quality improvement programmes
Experience in quality management principles and tools as well as statistical analysis
Good decision making and problem solving skills with an analytical mind
Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with excellent leadership and people management skills
