We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
The Total Rewards function of the company is very much front-facing and takes the lead in driving policies to better attract, retain, and reward talent. As part of this unique HR structure, you will get the opportunity to be a client partner to the other HR COEs to design C&B policies to support the company’s recruitment and talent retention efforts. You will also play a part in structuring short and long-term incentive plans to motivate performance and allow the company’s employees to envision a fulfilling career with the company. Your policies will have downstream implications on the network of offices all around the globe and will truly be felt by all levels of employees. The exposure to full spectrum Total Rewards planning will be unlike any other and will be an incredible journey of learning and growth for an aspiring C&B professional.
The successful applicant must be degree-qualified with at least 6 years of C&B experience. You should have C&B experience gained from an MNC, and regional exposure to Rewards would be advantageous. You must possess the ability to be hands-on at policy formulation and ground implementation/execution. Candidates from Rewards consulting background are welcome to apply too.
