You will sit with the Account Services team to support the Relationship Managers on the account lifecycle from onboarding maintenance to closure. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the periodic review and screening team. You will conduct training and provide advice concerning documentation requirements, screening queries, and internal policies and procedures to Relationship Managers and Marketing Assistants.
This role requires liaison with auditors and support key projects relating to Account Services matters. You will take an interest in staying abreast of any regulatory changes about the documentation and screening process and requirements.
To succeed in the role, you should have at least 7 – 10 years of work experience in a similar capacity in a private banking or retail banking setting.
