Consultants in this role get to:
Be the Point of Contact: Responsible to Manage inbound and outbound calls to recover from applicable/assigned accounts/costumer.
Define Sutherland Reputation: Delivering an experience to every customer, meeting Oportun’s service standards.
Consistently Deliver: Achieve all agreed KPI’s.
Keep Management Informed: Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.

Articulate, bright and curious
Bachelor degree is a plus
Experience working in a customer-centric environment is a plus
Experience working in finances related field is a plus
