Assistant Vice President (New Business), Corporate Strategy Permanent NEW

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Identifying growth opportunities across new geographies and asset classes
• Developing business plans, entry strategy and incubating new businesses for the Group
• Conducting peer analysis and market intelligence relaive to the Group
• Developing and updating corporate strategy for the Group on an ongoing basis, including the facilitation of the annual Board Strategy Meeting
• Supporting the implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives related to corporate development and transformation

• Preferably Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and/or Finance/Business Administration/Economics
• Minimally 8 years of relevant experience, ideally in a strategic planning and corporate development role. Prior experience in a investments/finance/management or strategy consulting would be considered
• Minimally 4 years of supervisory experience
• Strong financial background with the ability to analyze companies and structure/execute transactions
• Self-driven and performance oriented with excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and presentation skills
