To assist RM to perform new credit application and annual credit review on timely manner
Booking and renewal of loans and deposits for BOSWME Luxembourg and London accounts
Facilitate portfolio transfers securities transfer in/out and letter of undertaking
Support order management and payments during Singapore hour
Provide some administrative and client service support to relationship managers servicing Private Banking clients
Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies
Qualifications
Relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions
Bachelor degree or diploma qualification
Meticulous, strong attention to details
Able to work both independently and as a team player
Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments
Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
Preferably CACS certified
Preferably some understanding of credit and UK mortgages
