Be the Subject Matter Expert across various digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams in the implementation, tracking and refining of digital banking.
Contribute and drive the Bank’s digital transformation blueprint by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Understand business needs and translate market insights into digital strategies and tactics.
Develop new products and services that drive digital customer acquisition, transactional capabilities and customer engagement.
Keep abreast of overall market trends and competitor landscape to maximise digital banking opportunities and engagements.
Manage key projects and initiatives to deliver positive outcomes in line with business deadlines.
Brainstorm with internal teams to develop new digital initiatives in accordance to Business needs.
Work astutely with external partners to enhance online banking capabilities, build future revenue streams and innovation culture.
Track & manage online banking production issues and work with IT Team to expedite solutions.
Conduct workshops for frontline employees to enhance digital knowledge.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology.
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a Digital Banking role.
Possess a good understanding of the digital landscape, banking products and processes.
Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
