We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Drive and support key HR communication issues and knowledge management, ensuring consistent communication of HR policies, guidelines and change management within HR and for staff.
Write, edit and distribute compelling content for key audiences across a variety of mediums, including email, digital, video, graphic, and visual communications (i.e. EDMs, leadership announcements, awards, festive announcements, etc).
Provide developmental/structural editing support for messaging and copy developed by other stakeholders.
Review employer branding and employee experience strategies utilizing a wide variety of tools, ensuring the brand has a leading edge,
Create and deliver recruitment and employee engagement branding messages, materials and programmes
Coordinate HR publicity events as required.
Partner with tertiary institutions such as universities and polytechnics to increase talent outreach and attraction efforts
Stay abreast of the trends and share best practices on HR communication and staff engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline.
Min. 2 years of relevant experience in a communications role, preferably specialising in engagements & branding or PR.
A creative thinker and a team player with good initiative and self-motivated, enjoys taking ownership and driving projects.
Effective at balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and finding solutions from individual perspectives.
Ability to exercise good judgment and commit to project deliverables, particularly in narrow timeframes.
Proficient in digital & social communications, graphics and video editing and having an eye for detail Eexperience in content and visual creation tools (Photoshop/Canva, etc) and Social media tools (Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook etc) will be an advantage.
