ASIA Head of Digital Technology – Wealth Management Software Permanent

This role is with a wealth management software solutions company with offices globally. You wil be responsible for a team of Digital Business Consultants and Product Owners as you deliver state of the art technical solutions for companies in the financial services industry across Asia.

Responsibilities

• As the Head of ASIA for Digital Solutions, align the strategic plan for the Asia business with the global group strategy.
• Use your technical experience and knowledge to help client’s implement digital technology solutions across their business.
• Build and develop a team of Digital Business Consultants and Digital Product Owners, mentoring and providing guidance along the way.
• Working closely with business development teams, providing pre-sales support and technical guidance for new client bids and proposals.

Experience Needed

• 15+ years of total IT experience with a strong technical and architectural knowledge
• A track record in leading a successful software solutions business
• Banking, Financial services, asset and/or wealth management industry experience
• A passion for digital solutions
• At least 5+ years technical team leadership experience
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage contract negotiations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience
• Sound understanding of financials and budgeting on software projects
